Mark began his career in finance in 2002 with Wells Fargo Bank, while in Santa Barbara. In 2004 he moved back to Fresno to start his Investment Advisory career with Morgan Stanley, obtaining his Series 7, Series 66, Series 31 and CA Life & Health licenses. It was here that he received much of his initial training surrounding asset allocation, diversification and portfolio management.  Throughout his career, he has obtained a vast array of experience. His career path has provided opportunities to grow with multiple organizations. He has served as an area investment advisor with Citigroup, where his responsibilities included coverage of several bank branches in the Central Valley. He served as the Producing Managing Principal for the Fresno Office of Waddell & Reed. As part of the leadership team he was instrumental in contributing to the overall success of the large publicly traded company. In May of 2014, he formed Diversified Wealth Management Solutions, LLC, a California Registered Investment Advisory Firm. As the Founding Member and President of Diversified he focuses on delivering customized and comprehensive wealth management solutions to his clients.

Mark believes strongly in continually educating himself and staying involved. He successfully obtained his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2007. In 2013, he was nominated, selected, and awarded with membership to the Business Street 40-under-40 class for Central California. He has served on numerous non-profit committees and is a past board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He has also served as a member of the Tulare-Kings Counties Estate Planning Council and the Central Valley Financial Planning Association.

In his leisure, he enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, coaching his girls, and giving back to the community.  Mark currently resides here in the Central Valley with his wife, Kim, of 18 years and their two daughters.  He looks forward to the opportunity to meet with you.
